Help - New registrant encountering multiple errors

Hi good people!

Signed up for a promo plan. Paid using online and continued to port over number. Koodo sent me a msg asking to confirm porting - I replied back Yes. All was good.

Then my phone isn't sending/receiving calls. The website is giving me 'Forbidden A1' for logging into my account and app is just re-launching login screen; every time I login.

The ticket link is going to a 401 error and I am in a situation as I really need the phone. Anyway to accelerate/resolve this issue?

I've tried reinstalling app. Logging out/log back in after 15 mins as per some suggestions on form. Tried different browsers/private mode.

When I dial 611, it says 'changing number' to a random number, then goes to account and asks me to put in credit card?!

Any help is appreciated!

hi @Dingo212 I think the error you got for submit ticket was with Chatbot ticket 

Instead, yuu can message support agents , easier and will work. Message them here
