When called it says I'm not set up to receive phone calls. And if I go into supplementary services this is the error I get.

do rebooting device or factory reset, but you need to back up first.

Which plan are you on now?
did you login to My Account and it shows account Active?

My only suggestion would be to turn your phone completely off, wait about a minute and turn it back on.
