New subscription
esim didn’t activate
ordered SIM card it arrived today
cant activate cause our public mobile wants us to authenticate with the 6-digit code it is sending to this phone number but the phone number never got activated. Also can’t contact customer support cause have to authenticate there too and cannot cause phone not working. What can we do cause we are frustrated

Immediately after this was escalated somebody reached out to me and we got it resolved in a very short period of time. Thank you to everyone for all their help and support. Job well done
