my esim is not giving me internet and i cannot place any calls , its been working perfectly since i had it but today suddenly is not working anymore. is installed corectly so no worry about that. pls send me a new sim card or make it work.

try Reboot the phone and Reset Network Settings

if that does not work, the best way is to get a new eSIM for free (esim owners can get a new one for free every 15 days).  Go to PM app -> Account-> Purchase sim card and buy eSIM.  The system should not charge you

and you if you want to change to physical sim, it is not free, you have to buy one yourself for $10

try rebooting your cell. After that, try a network re-set. See if that helps and let us know either way.
