I am trying to retrieve my account to pay a bill. But it won't take my email or full credentials. Saying the email is inexistant but showed that i have this rmail already in the system.

get payment vouchers at Shell or Walmart, dial 611 with your PM cell to add them to your account. Then use link provided by hTideGnow to message a CSA for help, if required.

you tried to use the forgot password or forgot login link three?
please try to use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login again.
if that does not help, submit a ticket with CS agent:
