Hi,
I will be travelling to Hawaii February 19-25, I was wondering if the US Roaming - 1 GB Data (15-day) included Hawaii I could not see anything in the fine print.
Thank you,
Chloe

@hTideGnow- I wish I was still there. 🙂
@Cloe2- It all worked perfectly fine for me in West Maui. Turned off airplane mode on the ground and it connected to T-Mobile and I got the welcome to the US text. The add-ons all worked fine. That's not to say other areas will also be fine. You'll be fine for text and data. Talk needs the old 2G to work. Some phones nowadays are turning that off.
The actual literal answer to your question is...um yes...Hawaii is a state of the US 🙂

It might work or not.
According to Public Mobile:
PM will have T-mobile 2G network for US talk. Try to manually connect to T-mobile.
Roaming is for Data only. Voice and SMS text will still work.
Data will work on LTE, but will switch over to 2G to make a call.
However, the quality of service will vary depending on the different coverage areas when roaming in the USA.

HI @Cloe2 Yes, Hawaii is part of the US roaming
Another member @dust2dust is (or was) travelling in Hawaii and he can share his roaming experience

@Cloe2 in my opinion it’s best to just get local SIM card in your destinations cheaper and more reliable depending on your duration
