Having troubles installing eSIM

Hi Public Mobile - I'm setting this up and missed the install eSIM to my phone. I am trying to set it up but can't retrieve the download of the eSIM or a QR code to get it onto my phone. @CS_Agent

Could you please let me know what I need to do.

Hey @mikesinn did you do it through the app? there wasn't a QR code when I was helping a referral with the eSIM, it was activated through the public mobile app.

Hi @mikesinn   you cannot download it at all or just still saying activating?

Try a Reset all Networks and see if it helps
