Ever since the new PM website introduced the selection of your region, I have been facing the issue of having to select this everytime. I have cookies turned on, too, but the website just does not retain my region. It's just a headache to select it everytime. Is anyone else having this issue?

You can try going into your browser's settings and deleting the cookie for publicmobile.ca, then close your browser and try again.

I have noticed a similar bug with the PM site; it usually flips from Ontario to BC for me (I am from Ontario) when I open up the plans / promos page. So I always have to pay attention to these region settings! ![]()

Does it keep selecting Ontario? I have noticed a similar bug with the PM site but it usually only flips from BC to Ontario for me when I pull up the plans/promos page. Not sure why but I have to automatically switch it back to BC. A minor nuisance but I don’t find it to be a big problem.

No I don't have this issue here but it does happen on a different carrier. Are you sure your region selection is forgotten? It could be the site is presenting the option to change the selected region.
