I’m new to public mobile and I subscribed to 50gb data on 5g network and free eSIM took my payment and then said I had to submit a ticket which I couldn’t seem to get to anything cause they kept going back to the payment review and pay and they already took my payment once and I refuse to pay it again any suggestions on how I can either get my phone working or refund to go to another phone company

you might have sent an ticket already
While you are waiting, you can check your Sim Manager and see if PM eSIM is already installed? sometimes the error just about it installed but not activated. Please check

@Gin2 Check your sim manager in phone settings maybe the eSIM already installed just needs to be enabled or set to primary . Can also check your welcome email for the QR code and install . If still no luck please submit ticket with support using this direct link
