Having issues resetting my 4-digit PIN in order to make a payment

Hello everyone, I am having issues resetting my 4-digit PIN in order to make a payment. I have tried calling the Customer Service phone number and it prompts me to enter my 4-digit PIN but I have forgotten it and now I cannot get anywhere on the phone.  I would greatly appreciate your help.  I also have been having issues signing into my account for the past two months.  It is very frustrating when I cannot access my account or speak to a live customer service agent!

try ask PM to help to reset  the pin

or you can also use voucher to make payment.   With voucher, you won't be asked for the account pin

please first login My Account using  a browser, then copy and paste link and you can reset the 4 digits pin there
