Has anyone found a solution to the (calling not working) issue?

I'm a customer for over 2 years.  I've tried all recommended troubleshooting ideas.  Nothing has worked.  My husbands Public Mobile service is working fine...so it's not an area outage.  Texting works, calling does not.

Has anyone figured this out?

I've submitted a ticket.

Thanks

What type of phone are you using?  Is it the same as your husbands?  Have you tried your SIM in yours Husbands phone to rule out it being a hardware issue?

There doesn't seem to be any definitive discussion on what exactly is causing the calling problem.  I have seen a few people report the issue being intermittent.  Looks like a support ticket does resolve the issue as there have not been anyone saying support can't fix the problem.  It would be nice if there was feedback on exactly what support says is the problem.  Hopefully it is not something customers are doing that exacerbates the issue.

@lulu72

There have been issue since yesterday for some people with both incoming and outgoing calls.

Try to change to 3G only and see if it connects to the network at all with such settings

If that does not help, I suggest you to open a ticket with PM support and let them aware you are one of those, too.  Some customers got the ticket to support and got it resolved quickly

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
