Hello PM community,
I recently ordered a refurbished handset and SIM card from the Public Mobile website on July 26. 10 Business days have passed and I have not received and email letting me know my device has shipped and I have not received the device.
Anyone have any experience on the time it takes PM or their logistics partner to put two items in a box and ship it?
Any insight or guidance would be most appreciated.

10 business days seem to be a long time. As noted @softech , you will need to contact a moderator/CSA (customer support agent).

@cbuhlergo you might have to open ticket with Customer Service Agent to confirm your delivery status of your order
In term of the SIM, some said they might be shipped separately.
(After you open a ticket with mod, please monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right. CSA will communicate with you via messaging within Community)
1. For faster response (2 to 48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right corner and request CSA assistance, or you can also use this direct link instead https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click on "Contact Us", click on "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket" then Follow the prompts to submit a ticket.
