Trying to activate. Received a text saying I created a new pin although I never did. I am being asked to enter the 6 digit pin that was text to my existing number but never received one. I try hitting resend but nothing is ever sent. How do I find or get this pin? Thank you

Porting was complete almost instantly. Previously Telus so maybe that helped make it quicker. Everything is good to go! Have a great evening and thanks again.

the porting could have completed.  To confirm port is done, test inbound calls and if PM sim rings, then all completed

Hi hTideGnow, it was actually the opposite. I was not getting the pin with my old carrier sim but when I put the Public mobile sim in the phone I received the pin and was able to activate. Everything is working now. Thank you for the reply.

HI @Willie68 are you porting your phone number from another carrier? If it is, the 6 digit pin will be sent to that old carrier sim.  Or you can wait till the port is completed and then try to login again.  The porting usually completed 2 or 4 hours after your replied Yes to the porting authorization text sent by your old carrier.
