I ported my PM number to a different carrier without cancelling my Autopay. I don’t have access to my PM account anymore and i’m worried that PM will keep charging me although i’m not using them anymore. Can anyone help me? Thank you so much.

Yes i did. I got a text asking if i want transfer my number to a different service provider. Thank you so much for your reply. I feel much better now.

Did you leave your PM sim in your phone to confirm the port? Once you have successfully ported your number out your account will be closed/cancelled automatically therefore payments stopped.
