I lost access to my email and now I can’t sign into my public mobile account to add my new sim to my account. The chat help doesn’t work they keep saying they will walk me through it but don’t because what they ask my to do ends my chat and I lose contact with that support agent. Can anybody help

The lost email is just an login ID so it doesn’t matter as long as the password is correct. The 2FA code will be texted to you on your phone to access your account.
On the Chat icon, just type in Submit a Ticket then Contact to connect with a CS_Agent.
