I'm trying to get an e-sim and subscribe to a plan but it just says payment failed try another method. This is my only method, it's a debit-VISA, called my bank they said should be no issue... @CS_Agent why is this happening and how do I fix it.

Thank you for your input, I followed the other advice given and tried it on my laptop instead and worked perfect!

@TMVisser Visa Debit could be slightly trickier sometimes
Did you check if PM charged you yet? Please confirm they didn't charge you before attempting to activate again
Were you using app or browser? Please wait a full hour before trying again. I would try on the browser using Incognito mode. Also, if you activating eSIM on iPhone, it could also be trickier and likely activating with physical sim would have better success
