Hello, I need assistance with porting my phone number out of Public Mobile to Fizz. I am currently overseas and cannot receive the SMS confirmation required to approve the transfer. Please help manually authorize the port or provide an alternative verification method. Thank you.

@Dennis_Yes eSIM would work but it needs to be in Canada , where the phone can receive the signal
If you want a friend to help, yes you can. You need to give your friend PM's login credentials because your friend needs to download PM app, login and buy eSIM on his/her phone to help you

It doesn’t matter if it is a SIM or eSIM…you still need to confirm to the SMS of the porting. You will need to complete the porting when you return back to Canada.

hi @Dennis_Yes the port approval is a requirement and I doubt you can bypass it. you might need to ask your friend in Canada to help to buy a PM sim and help you to change over to it and receive the text so you can port out
you can try to ask PM support and see if they offer workaround, and report back if any
