Hi I'm emailing from my husband's account. I am currently locked out of my account so I can't even access the community chat either. I tried resetting my password it says its reset then it tells me its invalid. I'm locked out of my account altogether. PLEASE HELP

I have tried that then It wants me to log in before I can submit a ticket and it won't let me log in

The best course of action is to submit a ticket with the chatbot in the public mobile community tab and explain to them your situation, they will provide you with an answer tomorrow. They respond quickly once they issue the initial response to your ticket.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

Close all screens, open an incognito/private tab after clearing cache and cookies, then try again with the 'reset password' option.
Of course, ensure you're using the correct e-mail address with the forgot password function.

@Jrodorico If you can't reset the password, contact CS Agent to reset for you. They'll ask for some validation information, so be prepared for that.
