My plan expired and now I want to change my plan to a different plan. I have added the funds but can't change it. I know I have to contact the moderator. For 6 days I have tried to contact a moderator but with no response. There has to be a be an easier way to do this! This is day 6 without a plan for my phone!

Takes about a week right now. So just be a little more patient! 😄

I've sent in multiple requests without posting in the community first. If it's something big, I'll post in the community, especially if it's related to the more recent AutoPay/Renewal glitches as many others are having these problems.

@GeorgiaJack glad things got fixed. not sure if posting in the community is actually what got their attention. mods typically work on first ticket in first fixed. but if posting did get their attention great.

Well, they finally did it! Thanks for your help, that's all I needed to do is post it on the community and they respond? Hope they work to fix this problem, it was a complete hassle and inconvenience this week. Thanks again!

@GeorgiaJack typically only one message is needed, 5 in 6 days does bog down the reply time.
hopefully the mods will chime in on the thread.

Yes, contacted them at least 5 times in those 6 days.

Did you send your private message to @CS_Agent? Six days seems like an inordinately long time to wait for a response...

the only way to contact the mods is via provate message. are you saying they have not replied to you in 6 days? at this point i woudl contact them again. with your account details and teh plan you want.
the other option is to try to renew your existing plan and then ask for a plan change after the fact, (again via provate message) and funds put as available credit.
@CS_Agent can you provide some insingt on why the 6 day wait for a reply?
