I was attempting to activate a new account/sim for my wife
we went through the entire process up to the payment option when it came back with an error.
WE dont know if it worked or even if the account was made as the site contiues to fail at log in.
the site may have locked her account or it may have not been made...
What do you suggest...

We have put the sim into the phone but it is definitely not connection to the network.
We will wait for the session to reset and try agian..

@NolanChamczuk insert the sim card in your wife's phone. Does it connect to PM's network? If yes, thenClick here to register your selfserve account.
If not, wait for the session lock to clear (takes about a hour to clear) and try activating again.
