the most, unreliable, inconvenient, providers I have ever heard of. 

Are you with public mobile? well time to switch providers. 

You probably cant get into your account, and you probably been at it for over a month trying to reset password,

you send the link to hotmail,

you open it,

type in new password twice following all rules so all boxes are checked off green...

but then 

"Try again later"

so, you try again later, you will do it everyday till you realize, its gunna always just say "try again later"...

You might get a call from your boss, on call ! might get fired !

Never had a problem in over 3 years. 
In most cases, customers realize that the community is here for customers to ask questions so they can try to resolve an issue. It’s not a place to trash the company and to recommend existing customers switch providers.😂

Agreed, I had been with PM for about 10 years and had no problems. I can’t count how much money that I have saved with their affordable plans and discount rewards program. No other carrier is putting the customer first. Guaranteed.  😊

to change the email customer support needs to be contacted

 

unfortunately this is a diy type of provider. unless a customer is willing to take advantage of the rewards, it's not very good... one needs to learn how the system works to avoid certain bumps in the road that can create huge headaches. for data buckets and volte PM is the better pick between PM, lucky and chatr. for overall reliability on something that just works is chatr with lucky falling somewhere in-between.

 

anyways, once you gain access to your account you are going to want to log in to your self serve account at least once every 60 days to avoid your password from being deleted. for whatever reason the log in credentials is tied to the deletion of ones account after suspended for 90 days

we ran into that problem because we used the alias method when signing up two accounts. the remedy was to change one of the accounts email. also after successfully resetting the password one needs to open an incognito/private tab and then enter the new password
