Hi i just changed my phone number 

after that I can’t make a call or messages

everything seems okay but still not working

Hello, I changed my phone number and in profile it is showing my new number. I can't make calls, texts and also, data is not working

@ankurr500 , please try turning off your phone, remove your SIM card for 5 minutes then put it back in phone, turn phone on & see if that helps. If it doesn’t reset network settings in your phone, reboot then see if that fixes it. Let me know please.

did you try restarting the phone.

Try cycling Airplane mode ON, then OFF.

When you log in to your PM account on a laptop, look in Profile..then look to see what your phone number is listed as.

did you change your phone number is the self serve area of your account ?

Try restarting the phone...see if that helps.
