Hello,
Seems there are some glitches on the Portal. Look like the billing system is down!
The landing page cannot show my Plan. When I click "Plan Details" it return Generic Error.
I believe my Available Funds is also incorrect. Anyone have the same problem?

all works for me. Have you tried again recently?
Do you have any security software blocking ip's,= ie peer block.

That's what happend:
My family has two accounts, I found this glitch when I using Chrome normal mode to login to one of the account.
Same problem happened on my another account when I use Chrome incognito mode (which should uses a fresh set cache and cookie) to login to the portal.
I suspect that this is one of those things that we'll never totally resolve. Maybe I am just lucky that it works well for me.

@echf, just curious, what browser (sounds like Chrome?) do you use when accessing the portal? Maybe I am lucky, but I haven't encountered any issues with the the self server portal except with applying a particular credit card. I normally use firefox and seamonkey (mozilla variant). I have script blocking, hosts file, adblock, you name it going and the site still works.

Yeah, sometime it works but sometime not. I am using Chrome's incognito mode.

I was just able to log in, and my account looks perfectly normal. Maybe you could try again later after clearing your browser cache?
