Hi. Using Vouchers isn't difficult. Very simple instructions: If on GF plan, Dial *611 on your Handset and you can pay that way through automated IVR system

If on Buffet style new plan, log in your Self-Serve account

Look for payment or something, click, look for payment, two options, CC or Voucher, choose Voucher, enter the 12 Digit # on Voucher and Bam, All done. Very easy, simple, efficient
