Hi
I was trying to buy a 20g plan but it didn't work and then I changed my plan to 60g and it worked. But after that I ignored that it charged me for both plans.
How can I get the extra amount of money back?

click the orange bubble on lower right side of page to start process of getting Customer Support help. Best is to request a credit rather than refund.
