Getting Started Help

I am trying to activate my Sim card and create an account. I get all my info in and press the create button and then I get an error that my sim card is invalid. So I refill everything out again and then it tells me that my email is invaild...and then it just goes back and forth from there. 

I cleared my cache and tried it all over again, but it still is the same thing.

Please Help.

@Tokuni, can you also try using your browser in privacy/incognito mode.  That seems to help in many situations like yours.  You can also try using another browser (also in privacy/incognito mode).
