I am having difficulty completing the activation process. I have decided not to move forward with Public Mobile. I want to get a refund. I have already been charged to my credit card. I would appreciate your help. I have not used the services at all since I was not even able to complete the activation process.

I recommend to all my friends that wants to join PM that the must have technical knowledge of their phone settings and their computer.
Most of my friends are the type that just full up gas and drive. No knowledge of their fancy options of their vehicle.

There are a ton of people that can help you get started if you are having difficulty. You can cancel your subscription in the app. As it's a pre paid service you will most likely not be eligible for a refund for your first month service. I hope this is helpful.

To request a refund, please create a ticket to a CS Agent. You may see messages here that say Public Mobile doesn't offer refunds as it's prepaid services, that is not true at all. As long as you haven't received a phone number and activated your service, a refund is legally required if request.
