After I sign up my self serve I got the error message when tap on the "plans and add ons"
Generic Error
Oh no!
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.
Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the Login Page.
The other 3 tabs overview, my profile and payment can be accesses without any problem. Does someone can confirm if the specified tab on self serve is down now?
I tried to logout and login again...same issue. Thanks.

I myself was actually never able to access to that tab specifically since I joined PM.
I always get around it by cliking on my rewards on the main page and that will take me to that page, But never directly. I though since it is not really a priority and I have a workaround it It wouldn't matter but it seems like I wasnt the only one/
