Generic Error when clicking on Plans and Add-On to check data usage

Hi
Got this message when checking for data usage as I got a warning for reaching close to my data limit.
Generic Error
Oh no!
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.
Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the Login Page.
What to do?

@tfo, this error message is usually associated with finickiness with the browser. As suggested, incognito mode can work. Clearing browser cache and relaunching can work also. As always, make sure the browser is up to date.

Are you still getting that error after re-logging in?
If so, try using incognito mode on Chrome and see if that helps.
