if, after working with Public Mobile representatives, they are unable/unwilling to accommodate your request, given you paid for a service you did not receive, I would recommend doing a chargeback with your credit card provider.
Bear in mind, that should be a last resort step, but it is certainly one you’re entitled to pursue if they are unwilling to rectify the situation.
NOTE : the above recommendation is best used if you no longer wish to receive services under Public Mobile as they will make paying by credit card unjustly difficult for you on a go forward if you do a chargeback. This is the case whether or not the chargeback was justified or not.

Public mobile doesn't do refund. What is the error? Maybe we can help? What amount are you refunding did you pay for the service already charged to your credit card?
