Hello! So it has been 30 days since I signed up, then my friend signed up the same day. However, I do not get the 1 pt per 30 days in rewards, how can I correct this?

You should definitely have received it by now. Did your friend get their $10 credit? If not he may have had a typo or the transaction wasn't completed for some reason. Your friend can speak to a CSA and get it manually added

Your friend who you referred needs to contact a CSA. If you make the contact, they will not be able to assist.

If you do not believe you received the points for rewards in the appropriate time, contact the customer support agents.
(EDIT: BEFORE they do so, @cmarin , check your Rewards section under 'Refer-a-Friend' to see if you can see the last 4 digits of their phone number displayed - that'll ensure they entered your referral code correctly upon their activation)
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
