Hi,
I have 2 public accounts. My second number does not have a registered email but when I try to register it says it may have already been activated. I need some help.

@josesphsanzsole, if you already have an activated service but want to create an online account for the number, use this link. Click on create account. Make sure to use a different email address than your first account. Email alias is acceptable.

Not quite sure what you are saying here as every PM number needs an email associated with it. Did you activate your SIMs in a retail location?
