Check the usage, normally when the whole data is consumed, you dont see any available data in the balance bucket.
To get instant data, two quick options you have. Either get data as add-on, or go for the change of plan. pay the due amount of your selected option and you are good to go...

I haven't heard of a long time customer awarding of data. Not saying it didn't happen. Usually data is either in your plan and also added as autopay bonus to plan data. That data gets refreshed each paid term. Unused portions are not banked.
Then there are add-ons which can be added by way of you purchasing it or by being gifted to you or by way of promo. These will stay on your account until consumed.
Then there are promo buckets of data which could get refreshed each paid term for a limited time or act like add-ons.
But to not be seeing a particular bucket of data in your overview page means that you've used it.

When you used all your add-on data, it will not be shown on your overview page.
The following is from ny overview page. I have used 0.177 MB of on 1024MB free data.
It will not be shown if I use all 1024MB free data. The minutes add-on will do the same.

There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

They awarded it to me for my long time service and never mentioned it as temporary. Should have been added to my account as permanent. How can I reach Public to inquire?

If it was showing previously and now it isn't that means you have used up the data. Do you feel that you didn't use up the additional data?
