I submitted my email address on the Public Mobile Web Site the other day. I received a email saying that I have to sign up for a new account before June 12th, 2020 to get the 3GB Data. The problem is that I tried to sign up for a new account and the system will not let me sign up because my email address contained more that 30 characters. Any help this would be much appreciated.

@mrhawket you are the second person with this problem. It seems that its a hard character limit get a Gmail account and sign up with it. Its safer that way. No one could get into your primary email through you phone.Stay safe . And if you really want this one here contact the moderators after and ask them to change it for you.
