Hi I found out my daughter’s phone is not eSIM compatible after purchasing the plan. How do I request a refund ?

iPhone 11 will work.  PM agent can sort it out.  Message them and they will help

what phone is that?  sometimes it is actually compatible but just problem with the app

No refund needed. You can easily get a physcal SIM card.

To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.
