Hi folks! My mother forgot the email associated with her account and is struggling to log into her account. How can I go about figuring this out

@Noor691 , another option is to check the inbox for welcome email from Public Mobile that is sent following successful activation.

She has to contact agent for assistance.
To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:
