Our first Public Mobile account was for our son, when my husband set up his account he needed to create a new email address as his had already been used to set up our son's. He now needs to update his credit card info and can't remember the email address he used as he hasn't used it since setting up his Public Mobile account. How can we retrieve this without getting a new sim and new number? Everything he does online to fix it asks him for his email address.

If you conduct a search in the email for the Welcome to PM which was used for your son.
Meanwhile, you can purchase a voucher and dial 611 and enter the voucher number and PIN.
Contact a CS_Agent to help you access your son’s account through SIMon Chatbot or private message them on this Community page.

@Reikimom if you like, you can start with the Reset Password link, enter all the possible email addresses he might have used and see if any one of those go the reset password email
If that doesn't work, then open ticket with PM Suppor and they can sort it out for you:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".
2. Or Private message to the CS Agent: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
