Cannot get into my account. when I try to reset the password, I get this error message.

Since you submitted a ticket. A CS_Agent will get back to you by tomorrow.

@SekyoungWon - we are all customers and members like you here on the forum.
So you were able to submit a ticket? The ticket is with Public Mobile Representatives (CSA) who have access to your account.
If you had too many failed attempts to login into self serve you are temporarily locked out. Wait 15+ minutes to try again.
While waiting for a response from CSA try clearing your browser's history/cache or use a different browser.
Also a tab in incognito mode may help.
Are you a current customer?
Have you created a self serve account before? If not, register for one here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
If you are suspended for over 90 days, then accounts are closed and you lose your number and access to self serve.
