@RHendry  - you seem to have been a customer here a while (at least a with a created community account).

Pick up a SIM at a retailer if there is one near you: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/store-locator

And submit a ticket with CSA requesting a refund of the ones that you ordered 3 weeks ago, or see what they can do.

Oh, most definitely. There are not even Walmart employees same as Walmart 'photo-centre' and who knows what else under the W roof. Walmart found a way to earn extra buck to rent space to 3rd party.

It will be interesting to find out how much is that 'commission' if SIM can be bought for a $1 (or less) and opening account is actually free...

The other day, another person reported that Koodo sold them the SIM card for $20+..  a lot higher than the user $10.  So, these guys are not helping but try to earn the most

IF Walmart is going to sell you one????? They want to sell you the whole service.

There are reliable and honest ebay PM SIM sellers. Ask and some of them (being PM customers, too - NO, it is NOT me) will get back to you.

I am surprised it hasn’t arrived yet. 
Some retailers will give you a free SIM if you have them activate it for you.

Less hassle and remember to active your account when you get home.

Contact customer support with your order#, email used for the order and the shipping address used for the order. If you need to activate in short order you can purchase sim cards from a local retailer and ask them to credit your account after activation for the cost after you submit your reciept. If you are a pc optimum member they often offer 25,000 points for a $50 purchase from TMS. You could also ask for a refund and look into purchasing pm sim cards from Canadian Cell Supplies for $3 each or consider their activation bundles that come with a free sim card and a 20% discount on the first month. Keep in mind though that you cannot use the promocode 2GBBONUS for the 2gb of monthly recurring bonus data for $35+ plans with an activation with them as it is only for online activations.
