Hi, I forgot my email and username, and haven't been able to get it back. I submitted a ticket, but it's referring to changing my password, not my email on file.

@eunak you could try different emails and choose the Forgot your password option to reset the password.
Are you sure a self serve account was created before, if not you can register for one here:
https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
If you know for sure an account was created and no luck with the email and forgot password, then see @hTideGnow post on how to get help with CSA.
NOTE: if the account was in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days, or you ported out the number to another provider, then you no longer have access to self serve.

You have to open ticket with PM CS agent and work with them.
To open a ticket with PM CS Agent. at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
