Hi
I got my 13 yo daughter a base plan late last year and told her to keep her email and password somewhere safe so that in the future I can bump up her data etc. I'm paying her monthly payment with my credit card.
She lost both the email and password and cannot even remember what email she used.
How do we go about recovering this? She tried on her own but it's taken months to resolve and she's not getting anywhere.
Please someone help!

Account was definitely created, to get the plan after the SIM arrived.

@atk47 - you could try different emails and choose the Forgot your password option to reset the password.
Are you sure a self serve account was created before, if not you can register for one here:

If you know for sure an account was created and no luck with the email and forgot password, then submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.
