Forgot to use referral code from family

I signed up but forgot to use the referral link from my family. Is there anyway we can still get the discount?

I total agree about my privacy but it happened to me from someone I personally don’t know. I gave my referral code but he claimed that he forgot to enter my referral code during activation and wanted my number.

I know that in this case, it's a family member, but CS_Agent really shouldn't be asking for the phone number of the referrer.  There are legitimate reasons not to have the phone number of the person who is referrring or for the referrer not to have the phone number of the referred.  The entire point of the referral code is protect this privacy.  On a side note, I have referrered someone before and the CSA even told the referred person my phone number even though that person had no business having it.  There's such thing as referring an aquaintance or someone whom you work with but aren't that close to.

you can ask PM to add the referral code back

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
