Hi. I switched to public mobile from bell today. However, I did not see that I had received a text asking me to approve the transfer of my number, and that text expired within 90 minutes. I tried to click 'transfer phone number' in the app with the same number but it didn't let me.
Can someone help me resolve this?

You would need to message Public Mobile agents and ask them to re-trigger the port. Keep you old SIM in your phone to be prepared to receive the SMS again.
