Forgot to enter referal code

I forgot to enter my mother's referal code while registering.I have already registered my sim and I have the code which has not been used. I was told by the community that the mods are able to help. Thank you in advance.

You should click on the 3 dots to remove personal info as this is a public form.  Click on the previous link above to message a moderator or click on the question mark on the bottom right to submit a ticket.

My Frend xxxxxxxxxxxxx switched over to public mobile after 3 months of me convincing her it was a good deal. We had huricane dorion and i had no internet or electricity to get her my referral code wich is xxxxxxxxxxxxxx. her phone # is xxxxxxxxxxxxx. I was counting on that very much as i have referred 5 people so far and i know i am only getting started. I would sure appreciate it if this could be applied to my account. Thanks
