I need to purchase a data add on by, I don’t know what the PIN number is for my account, and the email I signed up for public with isn’t in use anymore.

@baker123 : The only way to "find" it is in the phone you had when you activated here. It gets sent as a text to you from 611. Then you will have needed to have kept it. Otherwise...the above is the only way to get it reset.

Do you mean you're not using the email? If so, you can still use it to log in. Obviously you won't get the password reset if you ask for that.
If you can dig out your PIN as mentioned then you can use the 611 service. If you are on autopay then you can pay into your account using it to then buy the add-on. If you're not on autopay (why not? 🙂 ) then you can redeem vouchers that you buy in stores or online.
You could also use instant top-up to add money but I've experienced a fee for that at the store.

@JJames10 If you have an Android phone and it's the Original/Same phone that you used when first joining public mobile.
You may be able to find your pin via advanced sim card messages.
Open your text app. Top right (some phone middle or bottom) there is 3 dots. Click that and then click settings.
Click advance then click Sim card messages.
Your pin might be there.
You'll still have to contact moderators to update your self serve username (email address)

@JJames10 contact the moderators and give them the email address that you would associated with your self service account. Ask them to change it for you, for yu 4 digit pin number and for a temporary password. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.
