i can't access my self serve, because i seem to have forgotten my password and the answer to my security question. I need help , Can someone please assist in getting my account back so that i can Access my account online Please and Thanks.

You will need to go to https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html . After going there, type in "forgot security question answer". If at all possible, the chatbot (SIMon) should be used for opening this ticket. This is because sending a message directly to a customer support agent will get your request assigned a lower priority. In addition, the the password reset option in the ticketing system will gather all necessary information for you and will reduce the amount of back-and-forth required to get your password reset.

You need to contact CS:
Private Messages - Community (publicmobile.ca)
They will ask for more info to authenticate and reset your password.
