I can’t remember my email/username for one of my accounts and need to update my visa expiry date.

Is your renewal tonight?  You can buy a voucher from stores and use 611 to pay to your account.

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to 
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

Hi,  you can try to reset with Forgot Password link .  Try to put in the correct email address then answer the security question.

 

if not work,  open ticket with PM support using chatbot.   click on the Bubble  on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot

Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:

       type:  Forgot log in information

       Click   "Contact Us"

       Click "Click here to submit a ticket"

       you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

 

    After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

If not, contact CSA for help.
