Hi I forgot my email account that I made my phone for through public mobile. I tried sending forgot my email at the main screen but non of my email address are showing Public mobile on any of them.
Since Public mobile does not have customer support im left with not options other than changing my credit card which will have an issue with my credit report when it stops payment.
Please help

@sgtahyeah With the latest update, getting login organized with Eversafe required passwords is a problem when have no access to old username nor phone to receive SMS. Open a support ticket, by clicking the link to send a private message to the CSAs: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/compose page/note-to-user-id/22437.
