Forgot my account email and password

Can I get some help resetting my account email so I can access my account and add my credit card to pay my bill.

My bad - I was thinking of the ability to change the email on the Community Accounts.

I corrected my previous post.

@esjliv  you cannot change your email in self serve account. There is an old link floating around that it can be changed for log into purposes only however it does not change the email in Public Mobiles back end system. Moderators need to be contacted to change username(email) correctly.

 

As for the community forums account. That can be changed on your own.
