you can get to ticket opening quicker by typing this:

type: Fogot log in information
Click "Contact Us"
Click "Click her to submit a ticket"

you will then got to another page to open ticket.
There, you will be prompted to enter COMMUNITY Login (NOT My Account/Self-Serve) to validate your identity,

Yes, the above chatbot link does take you to a "robot", but it enables you to be able to contact the  moderators.

@ben2018 Contacting the moderator team is the best way to get all the information after verifying. Alternatively, if you can check for a Welcome email sent by Public Mobile in all your known email accounts. Whichever contains the email is the likely email you used to activate. Once you know the email address, you can reset the password using the forgot password tool.
